“Level Up” is a monthly event dedicated to training our technology and innovation community for operational excellence on various business operations.

There is a Q&A component to get your specific questions answered and light networking to get to know other folks interested in this often overlooked but critical topic.

This presentation is suited for founders, executives, and employees, regardless of size, but everyone from our technology and innovation community is welcome to attend.

This month’s Level Up offers an open Q&A on business and startups. Led by The Mill’s very own Executive Director, Pat East. As an experienced entrepreneur, CEO, and business leader, Pat is ready to tackle any question you’re wrestling with. He’s prepared to cover anything within the realm of operations – including, but not limited to:

Parking and Transportation:

  • Car: If you’re a member, you can park in the Showers Admin or the 10th & Rogers lots. For non-members, there is ample on-street parking and a parking garage at 220 N Morton Street. Please note that the lots marked “Solution Tree,” while close to The Mill are reserved for their employees only.
  • Bike: There is bike parking on the West and South sides of the building.
  • Bus: The #2 bus travels along Morton Street.

What is The Mill?
The Mill is Bloomington’s center of gravity for innovators, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creators. We completely renovated a 103-year-old building from the Showers Brothers Furniture Company and transformed it into a 19,000 square-foot coworking and incubator space. Already a major driver of innovation in our community, it is home to 15 companies and 150 members. They’re helping us build the infrastructure for the 21st century – talent, capital, and training – to change the trajectory of our City and our State.
